(Option 1) If you are considering including live entertainment in your plans, Valentina maintains a variety rotation of performing acts that delight our own guests on a weekly basis. Valentina has chosen these feature acts for their popular appeal and ability to compliment any occasion. If you are interested in considering any one of these acts for your Reception entertainment, the following is a listing of Valentina Performers and their regular Valentina appearance schedules. Please feel free to experience their talents on these evenings! Before planning to "audition" a selected performance act, we recommend that you call us twenty-four hours before the scheduled appearance to confirm there has been no schedule change. (Option 2) The Piazza Michelangelo is fully wired with state of art audio sound and lighting for DJ dance mixes and disco lighting to create an exciting dance club environment. Valentina's famed DJ, "Frankie", maintains a wide selection of dance mixes and top forty selections. Frankie is always delighted to accommodate any customized CD arrangements you may wish to provide. (Option 3) If you would like to make arrangements for your own musical or entertainment ensemble of choice, we are pleased to accommodate. As private parties are hosted on premises with a public restaurant venue, privately chosen entertainment must be reasonable and appropriate for public forums and meet all safety codes and requirements. Noise decibel will need to be to confined to privately reserved venue. Standard Background Ambiance

(Option 4) Valentina's standard dining environment includes the continuous music of Italian Opera, "Mob Mixes", Sinatra, Bennett and others. If you have a special musical arrangement on CD that you would like to have playing in the background of your reception, we are delighted to accommodate. All background music is complimentary. (Option 5)* If Live Entertainment appeals but your plans do not include private entertainment reservations, you may wish to take advantage of Valentina's regularly scheduled Entertainment. Options Customizing Your Presentation Menu Because the tiniest detail of your wedding event is critically important to Valentina, we have created two options in menu format presentations.

The Standard Special Event Menu displays menu selections on standard paper and is complimentary. The Custom Special Event Menu is specially created for YOUR special occasion. It is tailored to your specifications and features the date, the name of the Bride or Bride & Groom and is printed on your choice of premium grade specialty bond. A keepsake menu copy is presented to the bride or bridal party if desired. The Custom Menu beautifully captures the personal essence of showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners and receptions.

Passed through production costs of the Custom Menu is a flat charge of $20.00. Samples, paper choices, and menu specification forms are included in the Wedding Worksheet packet you will receive from our event producer. Your menu, in whatever option you choose, will feature only your chosen menu selections. Personalized Professionally Prepared Speeches, Remarks & Toasts The latest trends in professionally planned weddings include a professionally prepared marital toast. For a fee from $60 to $150, contracted writers will render a general, generic statement of best wishes to take the pressure off Best Men, Maids of Honor and Fathers of the Bride. (And ensure the Bride & Groom the promise of brief and eloquent words that will not embarrass or inspire yawns from the guests.)

At Valentina, we thought this was a little impersonal. But after attending a summer wedding this year and enduring a toast that started "When we all met Susan, we figured she was just another one of Ben's One Night Stands...", we thought we might include the Prepared Toast Service after all. But we thought we'd do one better. We eliminated the impersonal aspect. Our promotional writer will personally meet with one or both of you, and/or the person who will be making the public remarks.

It will be an interesting meeting because we will want to talk about You. We'll want to know how you met, what made the beautiful couple fall in love. Are there funny stories you'd like to share? Special moments or sentiments? We'll take note of anything you might like mentioned, or explore your favorite philosophers who might lend an inspiring quote.

Is there an especially meaningful biblical verses or a favorite poem? Don't worry if you draw a blank, that's what we're here for. From there, we will craft an eloquent and beautiful articulated custom toast that reflects your special relationship, the mood of your event and the style of the person who will be speaking. No two toasts will ever be alike. If you wish, Valentina Owner Domenico Grillo would be delighted to perform the Champagne Toast to your future. The Italian accent is a nice romantic touch and Domenico is always impressive in a suit. If you or your Toasters need us, we're here. $125 for each personalized toast. Who ever is paying the tab must approve the final copy. Can be prepared on small note cards for no extra charge. Invitations & Announcements Short on time? Penmanship not your strong suit? Valentina can help. A professional calligraphy artist can address the invitations and announcements you provide. Reasonably priced on detail, volume and postage.

Our promotional team can compose a computer generated, beautifully customized announcement to your specifications and printed on quality bond with matching envelopes of your choosing. We provide the options and handle the legwork. All you have to do is guide and choose. Priced according to detail, paper selection cost, postage and volume.
